The International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC®) continues to take the lead in promoting ethical behavior by enacting a new Ethics Exam for its members. Starting December 1, the exam will be administered to all new applicants and to those renewing their membership. The exam concentrates on the IARFC Code of Ethics, which is the center of ethical behavior for those belonging to the Association. The International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC®) is pleased to welcome back Money Concepts International, Inc. as a Corporate Sponsor for the 2021 National Financial Plan Competition. The Competition is currently in progress with students forming their teams and receiving their “fictional family” narrative from which to build a comprehensive financial plan. This case narrative consists of numbers and family detail history that will be interpreted by the students and presented to a panel of judges. These undergraduate teams/individuals were selected from submissions representing universities nationwide with financial service programs. The MRFC Board of Directors is calling for participation from all Master Registered Financial Consultants (MRFC®) in getting the word out about the credential and sitting for the exam.
