The International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC) has recently completed a move to its new location on 146 North Breiel Boulevard in Middletown, OH.  Open and ready to resume Association business, the IARFC continues serving the membership in a more purposed and expanded office environment.

“We have been working on this expansion for months,” stated IARFC COO Charlotte Isbell. “It has been a lot of planning and details, but we finally moved in and are ready to enjoy the invigorating excitement that a new work space brings. There are a few renovations on the outside of the building that had to wait until warm weather – but otherwise, we are up and functional!”

Some of the advantages pointed out by Mrs. Isbell include:

  • Convenient rooms for all staff gatherings and for smaller private conversations.
  • A dedicated office for the MRFC Accreditation program that needs to be separated from the day to day activities of the IARFC.
  • An office flow pattern that is easily accessible for all the team to utilize.
  • A concentrated and organized IT area for IT needs and maintenance.
  • Most importantly, the ability to add additional employees.

The Breiel location is within 5 minutes of the North/South major artery of I-75 and in between the cities of Dayton and Cincinnati with connectivity to two major airports.

Continues Isbell, “Middletown has the advantage of being less hectic for travel and business while drawing on the areas of Dayton and Cincinnati for further venue and entertainment options. For example, we will be looking to Downtown Cincinnati and the Ohio Riverfront for our 2020 Annual Conference.”

The first major event for the new location will be a visit from the IARFC CEO and Chairman H. Stephen Bailey, MRFC, who will be coming to Middletown in June for his quarterly visit.

“I am full of anticipation to see the offices and improved working design,” comments Bailey. “I have been kept in the loop through all the remodeling phases and can appreciate the dedicated work by Charlotte in making this move a reality. It has been a project well executed.”

For those who wish to visit the IARFC office or find out more about the IARFC, visit www.iarfc.org. Physical address mailings and deliveries should be directed to the new location on Breiel but the P.O. Box 506 is still usable.
