Completing an impressive lineup of speakers at the 2018 IARFC Biltmore Conference April 17-19 in Asheville, NC are International leaders Kai Tu Yuan, CEO of the IARFC China Development Team & Taiwan and Dr. Jeffrey Chiew, RFC® IARFC Asia Chair will be on hand to deliver presentations and network with IARFC members.
Kai Tu Yuan views the development team as responsible for the RFC® membership in China – thus escalating the professionalism, social status and image of financial services and insurance participants in China. They are responsible for three separate development centers that cover China, Hong Kong & Macau and Taiwan. His address to the conference will update the developments and expanse of the IARFC in these areas. From the beginnings in 2003 to current day, their RFC® program has graduated around 8,000 RFC® designations in China.
“This is a significant milestone for IARFC,” relates Kai Tu. “The Biltmore Conference bridges the US and Greater China chapters since the commencement of the RFC® designation in China, Hong Kong & Macau, and Taiwan in 2002.”
Dr. Jeffrey Chiew, RFC® Greater Asia Chair will be showing how a consultant can adapt and prosper in this digital economy.
According to Chiew, “In this fast changing environment and digital age, we need to learn, unlearn and relearn. Those who cannot adapt to the changes, would be irrelevant. Small and medium size financial services, need to adopt niche strategies instead of going head on with huge financial groups who are obviously using offensive or defensive strategies to maintain or grow their market shares.”
In March, the IARFC Chairman H. Stephen Bailey, MRFC will be traveling to Beijing for RFC® graduation ceremony and Sanya, Hainan China for the 4th Greater China IARFC Conference. This will be his second trip to China as Chairman to confer with the international leaders and listen to their needs and requests. He will be a featured speaker at both conferences.
“These relationships are what truly defines us as an international Association,” explains Bailey. “We are pleased to welcome these leaders to our conference in April and I am eagerly looking forward to visiting China again. Purposeful network opportunities with overseas chapters unify the mission of our membership.”

Continues Bailey on the Biltmore estate – “The beauty and peacefulness of the North Carolina mountains is a universal call to reinvigorate your spirit appreciated by all nationalities.”
